Overall the trip was good, the amenities are worth the price, restaurants are pretty good, and i highly recommend going
All of the staff working the resort were amazing and so down to earth. Susie the yoga instructor was the best instructor, so kind and such a warming presence to practice with!
The only issue I had with the stay was the lack of cleanliness when it came to cleaning the rooms. Two out of the four days we stayed we came back to a dirty room, dirty bedding, trash not taken out, and the refreshments not replaced. I can understand the amount of work the cleaners have to do and how hard it can be but i felt like had I not called front desk, the room would not have gotten clean. There were also multiple stains on what was considered “clean” bedding including blood stains and suspicious brown stains that covered the pillow case.

Fabulous
Overall the staff were hands on, helpful etc. special recognition to Raymundo, dude was excellent and helpful and made our overall stay easier. Great staff he is.
Language barrier, some of the staff struggled to hold conversations in English, making it difficult to communicate and navigate things
